How to view the PayPal tracking error logs

AST PRO logs all PayPal tracking requests and error messages to help you monitor and troubleshoot issues when exporting tracking information.

🔍 View the Error Logs

To access the PayPal tracking logs:

1. Go to WooCommerce > Status

In your WordPress admin panel, navigate to:

WooCommerce > Status > Logs

2. Select the Correct Log File

In the Logs dropdown, look for log files starting with:

paypal-tracking

Example:

paypal-tracking-2025-07-01-xxxx.log
3. Click "View"

Select the log and click “View” to open it. This will display request and response details for tracking exports, including any error messages returned by PayPal.

These logs can help you identify and resolve issues such as:

  • Invalid PayPal API credentials
