This compatibility allows you to enhance your WooCommerce email templates by automatically adding tracking information to the Completed (Shipped) email using YayMail Pro.
When both Advanced Shipment Tracking PRO (AST PRO) and YayMail Pro – WooCommerce Email Customizer are installed and active, you can easily insert a Tracking Information widget into the Shipped (Completed) email template.
This ensures that your customers receive professional, branded emails that include:
- Shipping provider
- Tracking number
- Shipment status
- Track Order button
- Shipped date
To enable this compatibility, make sure the following plugins are installed and activated:
- Advanced Shipment Tracking PRO
- YayMail Pro – WooCommerce Email Customizer

Follow these steps to add tracking info in your Completed Order emails:
- Go to WooCommerce > Email Customizer in your WordPress dashboard.
- In the Email to show dropdown, select Completed Order.
- In the WooCommerce panel (left sidebar), find the Tracking Item block.
- Drag and drop the Tracking Item block into the email layout where you’d like the tracking widget to appear.
- Click Save to update the email template.
