Pirate Ship WooCommerce integration allows you to connect your WooCommerce store with your Pirate Ship account to pull your processing orders and generate shipping labels and to sync the tracking number back to WooCommerce.
Our tracking integration automatically gets the tracking information from the order notes, automates the fulfillment workflow and helps you save time on repetitively work to copy & paste tracking numbers from the order notes to the Shipment Tracking panel.
to enable the Pirate Ship Tracking integration with AST PRO, in your store’s admin, go to:
WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Integrations
Search for the Pirate Ship integration and enable it. When you check to autoComplete shipped orders option, AST will change the order status to Shipped, if you decide to disable that, you will need to manually change the order status to Shipped.
Once you’ll enable the integration, whenever you’ll generate a shipping label in your Pirate Ship account for an order that was received from your WooCommerce store, the shipment tracking info will automatically updated from the order notes into AST’s shipment tracking order meta.
Pirate Ship might update the WooCommerce API with Shipping Carrier names that are different than the shipping provider names on the AST shipping providers list and the shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer without a tracking link. To solve that, you can map the names received from Pirate Ship to the name of the shipping carrier on AST’s shipping providers list.
