Customer Info gives WooCommerce store admins a single dashboard to view and manage everything about a customer — order history, WooCommerce Subscriptions, billing & shipping, connected-store licences, affiliate performance and support conversations — without leaving WordPress. It can also switch into a customer’s session, generate a plain-English AI summary of an account, and expose the same read-only data to Claude and other AI agents over a secured MCP server.

🔑 Who can access what

🔒 Data & privacy at a glance
This plugin brings every piece of a customer’s personal data onto one screen, and three optional features can send some of it to a third party. Read the page for each before enabling it:
- Support Integrations look conversations up by the customer’s email address, which is sent to Intercom or Help Scout when you open a profile. See Support Integrations.

🔌 Optional integrations
Customer Info unlocks extra data when any of these are active — none are required for the core dashboard:
- WooCommerce Subscriptions — subscription products, status and renewals.
- WooCommerce API Manager — licence keys and activation counts.
- Affiliate for WooCommerce — commissions, referrals, visitors and conversion rate.
- Intercom and Help Scout — customer support conversation history.
- Anthropic, OpenAI or Google — bring your own key for the AI Customer Summary and MCP features.
📍 Where to find it
After activation, go to WooCommerce → Customer Info in your WordPress admin to open the dashboard. There is nothing to import — it reads your existing WooCommerce data, so it is populated the moment you activate it. See Installation & Setup to get started.
