Customer Info can pull a customer’s support conversations from Intercom and Help Scout, so you can see their support history next to their orders and account details.
đź’¬ Connecting Intercom
- Generate an access token in your Intercom developer settings.
- Enter the token in the Customer Info integration settings and enable Intercom.
- The token is verified and your workspace is detected automatically.
đź’¬ Connecting Help Scout
- Create an OAuth2 app in Help Scout to get a Client ID and Client Secret.
- Enter both values in the Customer Info integration settings and enable Help Scout.
- The credentials are validated against the Help Scout API before the integration is switched on.
🗂️ What You’ll See
For each matched conversation (looked up by the customer’s email address), Customer Info shows:

| Status | Open, closed, or the provider’s current state. |
| Created | Date the conversation was started. |
| Tags | Any tags applied to the conversation. |
| Preview | A short snippet of the conversation. |
| Link | A direct link to open the conversation in Intercom or Help Scout. |
Both integrations are optional and independent — enable one, both, or neither. The total support count on the customer profile combines conversations from whichever integrations are active.
