The Customers List is the main screen of Customer Info. It shows every customer and subscriber in your store in one sortable, searchable table, so you can find an account and drill into its details. It requires the Manage WooCommerce capability (Administrator or Shop manager).
📊 Columns

| Account Created | When the customer registered. |
| Email Verified | A Verified or Not verified badge — see Email Verification. |

🔎 Searching
Use the search box at the top to filter by username, email or display name.
Who appears in the list: only users with the Customer or Subscriber role. Buyers who were given a custom role, and administrators or shop managers who have also placed orders, will not be listed here — find them under WordPress → Users.
↕️ Sorting & pagination
- Click the Total Orders, Total Spent or Account Created heading to sort — once for ascending, again for descending, a third time to clear.
- Last Order Date can be sorted too, but only within the page currently shown.
- Sorting works together with search, so you can search first and rank the matches.
- Use the pagination controls at the bottom-right to move between pages and choose 10, 20, 50 or 100 per page. The total customer count is shown beside them.
⚡ The actions menu
Click the ⋯ button at the end of any row for shortcuts to that customer:
- Customer Info — open the full profile. See Viewing a Single Customer.
- Switch to Customer — log in as that customer. Administrators only; a Shop manager won’t see this. See Switch to Customer.
- View Orders — open the customer’s order history.
- View Subscriptions — shown when the customer has at least one active subscription.
- Edit Customer — update their details. See Editing Customer Information.
- Mark as verified / Mark as unverified — shown when email verification is available (the built-in feature or the Customer Email Verification plugin). This is the same control as Mark verified on the WordPress Users list.
🧰 Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to check |

| A buyer is missing from the list | They may have a custom role rather than Customer or Subscriber, or checked out as a guest and never created an account. |
| Total Orders looks low for someone | Cancelled, failed and trashed orders are excluded from the count. |
| No Active Subscriptions column | WooCommerce Subscriptions is not active. |
| Sorting by Last Order Date seems partial | It sorts within the current page only; other columns sort across the whole list. |
