Docs Customer Info Viewing a Single Customer

Viewing a Single Customer

Selecting a customer opens their full profile — one view that brings together key metrics, order and subscription history, support activity and contact details, so you don’t have to jump between WooCommerce screens. Open it by clicking the customer’s email in The Customers List, or choose Customer Info from the row’s actions menu.

This screen shows a customer’s full personal data in one place — addresses, phone, email, last login and support history. It is available to anyone with the Manage WooCommerce capability (Administrator or Shop manager), and opening a profile is not logged. Grant dashboard access accordingly.

🤖 AI Customer Summary

When AI is enabled (Settings → AI), the profile opens with a short plain-English summary of the customer. See AI Customer Summary for exactly what it sends and how it is stored.

📈 At-a-glance metrics

Active SubscriptionsActive subscription count (WooCommerce Subscriptions). Click to open their active subscriptions.

🧾 Orders, subscriptions and support

Below the metrics, the profile lists the customer’s orders (with a Preview side panel), their subscriptions and licence activations, and — when enabled — their support conversations and affiliate performance. Each has its own page:

👤 Customer Details

Click the Customer Details panel icon at the top-right of the profile, next to the customer’s name, to open the details drawer. It has two cards:

  • Customer Info — name, email, user role, account creation date and last login date.
  • Addresses — the full billing address with email and phone, and the full shipping address with phone.
Last Login needs Wordfence. The Last login field uses the login time recorded by Wordfence Login Security. Without that plugin, WordPress does not store a last-login time, so the field shows N/A. Wordfence is optional and not otherwise required by Customer Info.
If a customer has no saved billing details, Customer Info falls back to the billing information from their most recent order, so the drawer is rarely empty.

Both cards have an Edit button so you can update the details in place — see Editing Customer Information.

🧰 Troubleshooting

ProblemWhat to check
Metrics or lifetime value look too lowGuest orders and orders under a different email aren’t linked to the account, so they don’t count toward the profile’s totals.
Last login shows N/AWordfence Login Security isn’t active — see the note above.
No AI summary at the topAI is off or has no API key. See AI Customer Summary.
No support or affiliate sectionThe matching integration/plugin isn’t active, or the customer has no support history / isn’t an affiliate.
