How to export tracking to PayPal in bulk

With AST PRO, you can quickly send tracking information to PayPal for multiple orders using WooCommerce’s bulk actions feature.

📝 Steps to Export Tracking in Bulk

1. Go to WooCommerce > Orders

In your WordPress admin, navigate to: WooCommerce > Orders

2. Select the Orders

Check the box next to each order you want to send tracking info for. You can filter orders by status (e.g., Shipped, Completed) if needed.

3. Choose Bulk Action

From the Bulk actions dropdown at the top of the orders list:

Select: ➡️ Export Tracking to PayPal Then click the Apply button.

✅ What Happens Next

• The tracking information for the selected orders is sent to PayPal.
• If the tracking is successfully added, the PayPal Tracking column will show a confirmation.
