AST PRO ships with a large built-in list of shipping carriers, each with a predefined tracking link used to generate tracking URLs in customer emails and the My Account page. The carrier list is maintained by TrackShip — no TrackShip account or subscription is required to use the carrier list or tracking links. A TrackShip account is only needed if you want real-time automatic tracking updates.

What you can do with carriers
- Enable only the carriers you use — hide unused carriers from the tracking dropdown to keep it clean
- Add a custom carrier — create a carrier with your own tracking URL for any provider not in the built-in list
- White-label carriers — replace carrier names and logos with your own branding in customer-facing emails and tracking pages
- Map carrier names (API aliases) — match carrier names sent by external shipping software via the API to the correct AST PRO carrier entry
- Sync the carriers list — pull the latest carrier data from TrackShip to keep tracking links up to date
- Remove carriers — permanently remove carriers you no longer need
