Customer Email Verification Pro is compatible with Email Customizer Pro by StoreApps. Its branded template is applied to all verification emails sent by the plugin, because CEV Pro’s emails render inside WooCommerce’s own shared email header and footer — the same template Email Customizer Pro replaces for every other WooCommerce email.
How the Two Customizers Work Together
Each plugin controls a different layer of the same email, so there’s no conflict:
- Email Customizer Pro controls the outer wrapper — your logo, brand colors, and footer — shared across every WooCommerce email on your store, including CEV Pro’s.
- Customer Email Verification Pro’s own Email Customizer controls the content that goes inside that wrapper — the subject, heading, body message, footer text, and OTP placeholders specific to each verification email type.
What to Expect
- No additional configuration is required — once both plugins are active, CEV Pro’s verification emails automatically pick up Email Customizer Pro’s branded header and footer.
- If you want to change the content of the verification email itself (not just the surrounding brand template), use CEV Pro’s own Email Customizer — Email Customizer Pro does not control that part.
No minimum tested version is documented for either plugin, so treat this as generally compatible rather than verified against a specific version pairing.
