Twilio’s WhatsApp integration requires you to set up templates that will match the SMS message formats that you set in the plugin. They explain how to create the message templates on their documentation.

To send out WhatsApp messages from your WooCommerce store, you’ll need to create a template and get approval for each one of the shipment status messages that you enable.

You can copy the Message for each status and create a template and get approval,

Please note: If the format of the message is not the same as in a template, Twilio will not send out the WhatsApp message.
