Display Local Pickup message in product page

If you are building your Single Product page using Elementor or Elementor Pro, the usual WooCommerce hooks (such as woocommerce_single_product_summary) do not run. Because of this, the Local Pickup availability message may not appear on your Elementor product templates.

To make sure you can still show this information, we have added a new shortcode that you can place anywhere inside your Elementor layout.

🆕 Shortcode: [alp_local_pickup_message]

You can use this shortcode to display the Local Pickup availability message on any Elementor Single Product template.

How to Use

1. Open your Elementor Single Product Template.
2. Add a Shortcode Widget anywhere you want the Local Pickup message to appear.
3. Enter the shortcode:

[alp_local_pickup_message]

This will show the same Local Pickup message that appears on regular WooCommerce product pages.

What the Shortcode Displays

The shortcode automatically checks the product and shows the message only if:

• The product is not virtual, and
• The product is marked as eligible for Local Pickup

If both conditions are met, the normal Local Pickup message will be displayed.

If not, the shortcode will show the fallback text:

“This Product is available for local Pickup.”
