Pickup Location Setup

Click on the “Add Pickup Location” button to open the location options:

Location information

• Location Name: For internal use only (default value – Site Title from WordPress settings).
• Special Instructions: Special pickup instructions to display to your customers.
• Enable Pickup Appointment: Allows the customer to schedule a pickup appointment for the order.

Pickup Address

• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State
• Country – option to show/hide country (pro)
• ZIP
• Telephone 

Note: The default location address will be the store address from WooCommerce settings.

Business hours

• Choose Time Format: 12H/24H
• Select Work Days and Work Hours
• Common Public Holidays: These holiday dates will be displayed to customers next to the business hours in pickup instructions on emails (e.g., “Holidays: 20 May 2023, 27 May 2023”). Please Note: We only display current month holidays dates in emails.
• Holidays/Exception Message: This message will be displayed to customers next to the business hours in pickup instructions on emails (e.g., “On holidays, we are open from 9 am – 2 pm”).
• Split Work Hours: Add intervals for the Local Pickup Location work hours, splitting the morning/afternoon time slots (e.g., Monday – 8 am-12 pm, 2 pm-7 pm).

Note: The order of business days is determined by the “Week Starts on” option in WordPress settings.

Cart Adjustments

Set price adjustments for all local pickup orders or apply different discounts or fees for each location.

• Cart Adjustment Rule: Choose which cart adjustment to apply when choosing the Local Pickup shipping method.

  • Fixed amount discount
  • Percentage fee (%)
  • Fixed fee
  • Amount (available for % discount or fee options only).

Note: Cart adjustments will apply only to line items assigned to that location.

Products

The pickup location is available for all products by default. You can restrict catalog availability for pickup locations by including or excluding individual products or product categories.

• Products: Products available for this pickup location.
• Exclude Products: Products excluded from this pickup location.
• Product Categories: Product categories available for this pickup location.
• Exclude Product Categories: Product categories excluded from this pickup location.

Shipping Method

The pickup location is available for all shipping methods by default. You can restrict pickup location availability for specific shipping methods.

• Exclude Shipping Method: Shipping methods excluded from this pickup location.

Payment Method

The pickup location is available for all payment methods by default. You can restrict pickup location availability for specific payment methods.

• Exclude Payment Method: Payment methods excluded from this pickup location.

Notifications

Notify a list of email addresses when an order contains a pickup at a given location. The email notification will include only the products that will be picked up from the location.

• Automatically Ready for Pickup When Order Status Is Completed
• Enable a Pickup Reminder SMS Notification to the Customer
• Pickup Reminder SMS Content
• Enable a Pickup Reminder Email Notification to the Customer
• Send Pickup Reminder After X Days: This triggers an email reminder to customers X days after the order was set to ready for pickup and the order status was not updated to Picked up.
• Send Second Pickup Reminder After X Days: This triggers an email reminder to customers X days after the first reminder, and the order was not picked up.

If you choose the appointment pickup reminder option:

• Trigger the Pickup Reminder Notification X Time Before the Appointment Time: Set the frequency of pickup reminder time to send an email before the appointment time to the customer.

Automation

• Automatically Ready for Pickup When Order Status is Completed
