Advanced Local Pickup Pro (ALP PRO) extends the WooCommerce Local Pickup shipping method into a complete store-pickup workflow: multiple pickup locations, pickup appointments, a dedicated order-status flow with customer notifications, a fulfillment dashboard, QR-code handoff, curbside mode, and more.

ALP PRO works with both the classic checkout and the block-based Cart & Checkout — including the checkout block’s own “Local pickup” method (pickup_location) as well as the classic zone-based Local Pickup method. See Getting Started for which one your store uses.
Store Pickup Workflow
- Customer places a pickup order — at checkout they choose a pickup location and, if appointments are enabled, a pickup date and time slot.
- Processing LP — the order enters the pickup workflow (automatically, if the Processing → Processing LP automation is enabled). An optional Processing LP email with the store pickup instructions is sent.
- Ready For Pickup — your team prepares the order and updates the status; the customer gets a notification that the order is ready for collection. Pickup instructions for the chosen location appear on the order received page, the view order page, and in the emails.
- Picked Up — when the customer collects the order, the status changes to Picked Up: manually, or by scanning the order’s QR code with the QR Code Pickup Handoff system. An optional Picked Up notification can be sent.

The free Advanced Local Pickup plugin covers a single pickup location with basic instructions. PRO adds:
