Make sure that the Order Actions column is visible (screen options) and you’ll have the “Add Tracking” action button that opens the add tracking LightBox popup.
🔍 Where You Can Add Tracking
Tracking can be added from the following locations:
1. Orders List Page
Go to WooCommerce > Orders and click the 📍 tracking icon under the Actions column.

2. Edit Order Page
While viewing an order, locate the Shipment Tracking meta box on the right and click Add Tracking Info.

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Tracking Number | The tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. |
| Shipping Provider | Select from your list of enabled shipping carriers. |
| Date Shipped | Specify when the items were shipped. |
| Mark Order As | Choose between: • Shipped – all items are fulfilled • Partially Shipped – only some items are shipped |
| Fulfill Items Button | Click to save and apply the tracking information. |
