The General Settings panel in AST allows you to configure key behaviors related to order fulfillment visibility and when tracking details are included in order emails.
To access this panel:
- Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings
- Open the General Settings panel

| Add Tracking Order Action | Select which order statuses will appear in the Order Actions dropdown for adding tracking. ✅ You can include statuses such as: – Processing – Partially Shipped 📌 Only orders with selected statuses will appear in the fulfillment view, helping you manage unfulfilled orders efficiently. |
| Order Emails Display | Choose which WooCommerce email notifications will include tracking details when tracking numbers are added. 📩 Common options include: – Completed – Partially Shipped – Customer Invoice 📌 Ensures customers receive tracking info with their order updates. |
