AST provides an intuitive Email Customizer to help you tailor the content and appearance of shipping notifications sent to customers when their order status changes (e.g.Partially Shipped and Completed, if renamed). You can also fully personalize the Tracking Info Widget included in these emails.
🔧 How to Access the Email Customizer
To access the customizer:
- Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings.
- In the Order Statuses & Notifications panel, click the gear icon next to any order status.
This will open the Email Customizer, where you can configure:
- Tracking Widget
- Email Content
📦 Tracking Widget Customization
The tracking widget shows shipment info in order emails and the customer’s My Account page. You can adjust colors, layout, and visibility.
To access:
âž¡ In the left panel, click Tracking Widget.
Options Include:

| Hide tracking header | Hide the “Tracking Information” title. |
| Tracking header text | Customize header (e.g., “Tracking Information”). |
| Additional text after header | Add custom message beneath the header. |

| Tracker type | Choose visual style: Progress Bar, Icons, or Single Icon. |
| Background & Border colors | Match your brand style. |
| Border radius | Adjust corner roundness. |
| Hide shipping provider image | Hide the carrier logo. |
Tracking Button Styling

📨 Email Content Customization
To customize the message text shown in the email:
