Requirements

• WordPress installed and running
• WooCommerce installed and active

How to Install the Plugin

WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin

1. Download the Zorem Returns & Exchanges plugin .zip file — by clicking the Download button in your order email or from your account at zorem.com/my-account/.
2. In your WordPress admin — go to Plugins → Add New.
3. Click Upload Plugin — at the top of the page.
4. Click Choose File — and select the downloaded .zip file.
5. Click Install Now — then click Activate Plugin.

After activation — find the plugin settings under WooCommerce → Returns & Exchanges Center.

How to Activate the License

WooCommerce → Returns & Exchanges Center → License

1. In your WordPress dashboard — go to WooCommerce → Returns & Exchanges Center → License.
2. Click Activate License. — This redirects you to zorem.com to connect your store.
3. On zorem.com — confirm the license activation for your store’s URL.
4. You will be redirected back to your store — and the license will be shown as active on the License tab.

After that, you will be directed to zorem.com to connect your store and activate the license.

After that you will be directed to your store and your license will be activated.
