- Improvement – First public release.
- Add – The plugin runs once its zorem.com license is activated. Until then the License tab is the only screen and nothing else runs — no assistants, no tools, no chat on the shop. Your settings, conversations and history are untouched and come back with the license.
- Add – Shopping assistant: a chat on your WooCommerce shop that searches the catalogue, answers product and policy questions from your own pages and store settings, and adds products to the shopper’s real basket before handing over to your normal checkout.
- Add – Product cards with picture, price, sale price and stock, and Add to basket for simple in-stock products. The theme’s mini-cart and basket count refresh in place.
- Add – Shoppers can change a quantity, remove a line, apply a discount code they already have, and be sent on to checkout. The assistant can apply codes but has no way to list, search, suggest or invent one.
- Add – Order questions for logged-in customers: status, dates, total and tracking, for one order by number or their five most recent. A guest is asked to log in, and no order is ever looked up by email address.
- Add – Tracking is read from Advanced Shipment Tracking or WooCommerce Shipment Tracking, with the latest status from TrackShip.
- Add – Returns and exchanges in the chat, with Returns for WooCommerce: the customer picks the order, the items and a reason, and nothing is filed until they press Send request.
- Add – Talk to a person: Email, WhatsApp and contact page buttons, opened on the shopper’s own device. Your site sends nothing.
- Add – Works without an AI provider: the chat quotes your pages and store settings word for word, and recognises questions in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.
- Add – The assistant knows the product, category or search page the shopper is on, and what is in their basket.
- Add – Store assistant for administrators, in the admin bar: store summary, products missing information, stock report, best sellers and delayed orders. Read-only, and never who placed an order.
- Add – Website Brain: your pages, store settings, installed plugins and bundled documentation, with control over which kinds of knowledge each assistant may read.
- Add – Appearance and placement: brand colour, title, button label, greeting, message-box hint, up to four starter questions, corner, shop-pages-only, and pages to hide it on. Every message a shopper can see is editable.
- Add – Limits a merchant controls: per-shopper daily messages, conversations and AI tokens, more for a logged-in customer than a guest, and an optional daily cap for the whole shop.
- Add – Saved conversations (off by default) and the Conversations tab: most asked questions, what went unanswered, searches that found nothing, Helpful / Not helpful ratings and full transcripts, with delete one or delete all.
- Add – Activity tab: conversations, carts created, checkout hand-offs, orders and their revenue over 30 days, plus every tool call and refusal with its reason.
- Add – Privacy: personal data and secrets removed from what is logged, a logged-in customer’s saved questions included in WordPress’s export and erase tools, and suggested privacy-policy text.
- Add – Runs alongside AI Agent OS, sharing one Website Brain and nothing else. Neither plugin requires the other.
