The Order Statuses & Notifications panel in AST allows you to configure custom order statuses and control when customers receive email updates. These tools give you more control over your fulfillment flow and improve communication with customers.
To access this panel:
- Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings
- Open the Order Statuses & Notifications panel

| Element | Description |

| Rename “Completed” to “Shipped” | Toggle this option to rename the standard WooCommerce “Completed” status to “Shipped.” |
| Custom Status Rows | Manage individual statuses like Partially Shipped and Delivered. Each row allows you to: |
| → Enable/Disable the Status | Use the switch to include or exclude this status from your workflow. |
| → Color & Font Settings | Select background and font colors for easier dashboard visibility. |
| → Send Email | Choose whether to send a customer email when the order reaches this status. |
| → Settings Icon (⚙️) | Click the gear icon to customize the email content and tracking widget for that status via the Email Customizer. |
Recommended Usage
- Enable emails only for statuses where customer updates are needed.
- Use “Partially Shipped” when you fulfill orders in multiple shipments.
- Color-code statuses to visually track orders more easily in the dashboard.
