Each customer profile includes their order history and, when the relevant plugins are active, subscription and license details — giving you the full commercial picture of the account in one place.
🧾 Orders
The orders section lists the customer’s WooCommerce orders so you can review what they’ve purchased and when. Order totals also feed the customer’s lifetime value and total-orders metrics.
🔁 Subscriptions
When WooCommerce Subscriptions is active, the profile shows each of the customer’s subscriptions with:

| Product | The subscribed product name. |
| Status | Current subscription status (active, on-hold, cancelled, etc.). |
| Next Renewal | The next payment date, or the end date if no further renewals. |
| Total | Recurring amount for the subscription line. |
🔑 License Activations (API Manager)
If WooCommerce API Manager is active, each subscription also shows license data:
- License — total activations purchased for the product.
- Active — number of activations currently in use.
These integrations are optional — the orders section works on its own, and the subscription and license columns simply appear when the matching plugin is installed and active.
