Selecting a customer opens their full profile — a single view that brings together key metrics, contact details, and history so you don’t have to jump between WooCommerce screens.
📈 At-a-Glance Metrics

| Customer Lifetime Value | Total value of all the customer’s orders. |
| Total Orders | Number of orders the customer has placed. |
| Active Subscriptions | Active subscription count (WooCommerce Subscriptions). |
| License Activations | Total activations (WooCommerce API Manager). |
| Support Conversations | Combined Intercom + Help Scout conversation count. |
👤 Customer Information
The profile also displays the customer’s core account and contact information:
- Avatar, display name and email address.
- User role and account creation date.
- Last login date.
- Email verification status.
- Full billing address, phone and company.
- Full shipping address and phone.
Tip: If a customer has no saved billing details, Customer Info automatically falls back to the billing information from their most recent order.
