Getting started with Customer Info takes just a couple of minutes. Because it builds on your existing WooCommerce data, there’s nothing to import — the dashboard is populated as soon as the plugin is active.
📥 Installation
- Download the Customer Info plugin ZIP file.
- In WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.
- Click Activate once the installation finishes.
📍 Opening the Dashboard
After activation, a new menu item appears at WooCommerce → Customer Info. Open it to see the full customers list and start exploring individual customer profiles.
🔐 Who Can Access It
The dashboard requires the Manage WooCommerce capability, so it’s available to Administrators and Shop Managers by default. The data each role can see follows WordPress role visibility rules.
