Docs AI Agent OS Status & Diagnostics

Status & Diagnostics

The Status tab is the “is everything in order?” page. It shows what is running, whether the Business Brain’s storage is ready, warns you about problems that only a person can fix, and holds the Diagnostics report with Copy diagnostics for support requests.

The Status Card

Status card with the plugin version, bridge copies, Business Brain store and the plugins sharing it, then the Diagnostics header
RowWhat it means
Plugin versionThe AI Agent OS version.
Bundled bridge copies on this siteHow many plugins include their own copy of the shared Agent Runtime Bridge library. Only the newest copy is used.
Business Brain storeReady, Incomplete or Not created yet. If it is not ready, deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
Plugins sharing the Business BrainWhich Agent OS plugins use the shared Brain. Its data is only removed on uninstall when the last of them is deleted.

Versions of PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce and the shared libraries are in the Diagnostics report below.

Needs Attention

This card appears only when something is wrong. Each warning describes a tool that agents cannot use for safety reasons, and what to do about it:

WarningWhat to do
Another plugin read the WordPress abilities list before Agent OS could oversee it…Some tools were registered before AI Agent OS could check them, so agents cannot use them. Deactivate plugins one at a time to find the cause and report it to that plugin’s author.
The ability … uses its own class / was registered without a permission or execute callback…That tool cannot be checked, so no agent may use it (people still can). Report it to the tool’s author.
The Agent Runtime Bridge in use is another plugin’s copy…Keep that plugin updated, or update AI Agent OS so its copy is the newest again.

Without this card you would only see the AI say it cannot do something, with no reason.

Diagnostics

AI Agent OS → Status
Diagnostics on the Status tab: MCP addresses, MCP Adapter, WooCommerce, capability map, other MCP endpoints, PHP and WordPress, shared libraries

Below the Status card and any warnings, a read-only health report for checking your setup and for support requests:

RowWhat it tells you
MCP addressesThe path under which every agent has its own address. Copy an agent’s address from its Connection section.
MCP AdapterThe MCP library version in use and which plugin supplied it. Not found means no MCP connection can work.
WooCommerceWooCommerce version, or Not active.
Capability mapWhich built-in list of WooCommerce capabilities is in use. A warning appears when your WooCommerce is newer than the list.
Other MCP endpointsOther MCP servers on your site. Agent calls through them are still checked against permissions.
Database tablesWhether all the plugin’s tables exist. If some are missing, deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
Activity logWhether any log entry could not be saved.
Redacted fieldsHow many customer-data fields and tools masking covers.

Click Copy diagnostics to copy the full report and paste it into a support ticket. It contains no tokens or passwords.

If a red banner says your site’s security salts changed, every agent token has stopped working. Agents and permissions are fine — issue each agent a new token from its Connection section, and reconnect signed-in apps.

The Agent Runtime Bridge Card

A short report from the shared bridge library: the version loaded, which plugin provides each service, and any provider conflicts. A conflict means two plugins claim the same job; deactivate the one that should not provide it.
