2026

1.1.9 — 24 August 2026

  • New — Added Cancellation Themes: an optional question on the customer account page after they cancel, and an AI grouping of the answers into themes. Both are off by default, and answers are stripped of emails, links and long number sequences before ever leaving the store.
  • New — Added a recurring-revenue forecast to the Upcoming Recurring Revenue report showing what you can expect to actually collect, based on your own renewal success rate, with a range reflecting how much that rate has varied and the amount owed by high-risk subscriptions.
  • New — Added a Churn Risk report that scores every active, on-hold and pending-cancellation subscription from 0 to 100, with the contributing signals shown per subscriber so you can see why each one is flagged.
  • New — Added MRR at risk, plus High / Medium / Low risk counts, to the Churn Risk report.
  • New — Added optional AI Insights that turn your subscription totals into a plain-language summary on the Overview tab. Bring your own API key for Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini; requests go directly from your store to the provider you choose. Disabled by default.
  • New — Added a Subscription Analytics tab under WooCommerce → Settings for AI Insights configuration and the historical data importer.
  • Improved — Churn scores recalculate nightly and again shortly after a subscription changes state, so the report reflects payment failures without waiting for the next day.
  • Dev — Extracted the AI provider layer into a shared, versioned Zorem AI library so other Zorem plugins can reuse the same bring-your-own-key plumbing.
  • Dev — Churn scoring runs entirely on your own server and makes no external requests.
  • Dev — API keys are stored encrypted and are never sent to zorem.com.
  • Dev — Tested with WooCommerce 11.0.1 and WordPress 7.1.

1.1.8 — 10 July 2026

  • New — Added a Revenue Recognition report with Cash Received, Revenue Recognized and a per-month breakdown, to align subscription revenue with the accounting periods it is earned in.
  • New — Added a Deferred Revenue figure showing the outstanding end-of-period balance, so you can track un-earned prepaid subscription revenue.
  • New — Added a per-order deferred revenue CSV export including payment date and subscription period start and end dates for accounting reconciliation.
  • Fix — Resolved a pagination issue in the Upcoming Recurring Revenue report so page navigation and per-page controls work reliably across all filters.
  • Improved — Redesigned the filter controls on the Upcoming Recurring Revenue page for a cleaner layout, consistent with the other analytics reports.
  • Dev — Tested with WooCommerce 10.9.4 and WordPress 7.0.1.

1.1.7 — 14 May 2026

  • New — Added a Repair Last 30 Days button in the import drawer to quickly recompute recent analytics without running a full historical re-import. See Importing Historical Data.
  • Improved — The nightly aggregation now recomputes the last 30 days from source data instead of only updating yesterday’s snapshot, so reports self-heal from drift caused by missed sync hooks.
  • Dev — Tested with WooCommerce 10.7.0 and WordPress 6.9.4.

1.1.6 — 9 March 2026

  • Improved — Optimized performance by introducing aggregated analytics tables for faster reporting on large stores.
  • Dev — Tested with WooCommerce 10.5.2.

1.1.5 — 20 February 2026

  • Fix — Resolved a UI conflict where this plugin affected the filter dropdowns in the Sales by Country report. Scripts and styles now load only within subscription analytics pages.
  • Fix — Resolved incorrect totals in Upcoming Recurring Revenue where summary widgets and graph values did not match the Recurring Revenue table.
  • Improved — Added the currency symbol across all monetary fields.
  • Improved — Made graph styling consistent across the entire plugin.
  • New — Redesigned the dashboard as Overview and added new subscription insight widgets (Product, Category, Upcoming Renewals and 30-Day Activity).
  • Dev — Tested with WooCommerce 10.5.2 and WordPress 6.9.1.

1.1.4 — 25 December 2025
