AI Insights turns your subscription numbers into plain-language summaries on the reports. It is entirely optional, off by default, and does nothing until you switch it on and enter your own API key.
There is no Zorem-hosted AI service. Requests go directly from your store to the provider you choose, and are billed to your own account with them.

Churn-risk scoring is not an AI feature. It is calculated entirely on your own server and never contacts an external service, whether or not AI Insights is enabled.
