Docs Analytics for WooCommerce Subscriptions

Analytics for WooCommerce Subscriptions

Analytics for WooCommerce Subscriptions adds dedicated subscription reporting to the WooCommerce Analytics screen, so you can see how your recurring revenue is actually performing without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.

The plugin reads your existing WooCommerce Subscriptions data and precomputes a daily rollup table, which keeps reports fast even on stores with large subscription histories.

What you get

  • Overview — MRR, ARR, active subscribers, churn rate, renewal success rate and lifetime value at a glance.
  • Over Time — signups, renewals, switches, cancellations and revenue plotted across any date range.
  • Products and Variations — the same subscription metrics broken down per product and per variation.
  • Upcoming Revenue — scheduled renewals plus a forecast of what you can realistically expect to collect.
  • Customers — subscriber counts and average lifetime value per customer.
  • Acquisition — which UTM campaigns, sources and referrers actually produce paying subscribers.
  • Churn Risk — every open subscription scored 0 to 100, with the signals behind each score.
  • Cancellations — why customers leave, grouped from their own written feedback.
  • Revenue Recognition — cash received versus revenue earned, deferred balance, and a per-order CSV for your accountant.
  • AI Insights — optional plain-language summaries using your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini API key.
The plugin requires both WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions to be installed and active. It works with both HPOS and legacy order storage.

Start with Getting Started, then run the historical import once so your existing subscriptions appear in the reports.
