# zorem Docs

zorem builds WordPress/WooCommerce plugins for order fulfillment and shipment tracking, local pickup, returns and exchanges, customer email verification, notifications and reporting. This site is maintained by the same team that develops the plugins.

## When to use this

Use zorem Docs when a user asks about a zorem WooCommerce plugin, for example to:

- Install, license, configure or update a zorem plugin (such as Advanced Shipment Tracking, Zorem Returns, Advanced Local Pickup, Customer Email Verification or SMS for WooCommerce).
