How to View Sales Report by Country for Past Orders

The Sales Report by Country plugin for WooCommerce adds two new columns to the analytics database, one for the billing country code and one for the shipping country code. This allows the WooCommerce Analytics platform to accurately track sales by both the billing and shipping countries.

In order to view the sales report by country, you must first re-import the historical data in WooCommerce Analytics. This will populate the new columns with the country information for all past sales, allowing you to view the report by both billing and shipping country for all orders, both old and new.

Re-Import WooCommerce Analytics historical data

To re-import the historical data, follow these steps:

1. Go to WooCommerce Analytics > Settings.
2. Scroll down to the “Import Historical Data” section.
3. Uncheck the ‘Skip previously imported customers and orders’ checkbox
4. Click on the “Import” button.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to import your historical sales data.
