Local Pickup Fulfillment Workflow

We create three custom order statuses for the local pickup order fulfillment flow:

• Processing LP – this order status will be used for local pickup orders that are processed for pickup in store, and email notification with the store pickup instructions will be sent to the customer.
• Ready For Pickup – this order status will be used for processing orders that are ready for pickup in store, and email notification with the store pickup instructions will be sent to the customer.
• Picked Up – this order status will be used when the order was picked up by the customer. This status is created for order management purposes, and you can use this status for post-purchase marketing automations.

When you enable the custom statuses, you can edit the label color, enable email notification and customize the email content. The custom order statuses will be added to the order actions and to the bulk actions menu options.

Please Note: when you deactivate the plugin, you will have the option to assign the custom order statuses to other orders statuses.
